In this first message of our new series, Firm In Faith, we are simply going to consider the life of Peter since he penned the two letters we’re going to study. According to GOD’s Word, it’s profitable to look at the lives of men such at Peter; these Bible characters are examples for us to find out what to do & what not to do. And so, we’re going to examine his beginning, his calling, the changes that took place in his life, & his message to us today. Well, as many of you know, Peter was one of the earliest followers of Jesus. To sum up Peter’s life: Peter was a tiny, unstable pebble who put his trust in Christ the solid rock & taught others how to build upon that sure foundation.
