In this message we are going to consider the life of a man who went down as low as anyone could go, but later rose to as high a position as anyone could rise. From being a lowly captive in a foreign prison he arose to be the Prime Minister of Egypt, the most powerful nation of his time. He literally went from rags to riches, from a prison to a palace, from indignity to influence, from being forgotten to one of fame, and from slavery to authority. The man I’m referring to is Joseph, the son of Jacob in the Old Testament. All this came about because Joseph was a true servant of GOD; he loved the Lord, feared Him, and obeyed Him.
