In the book of Joshua, we are introduced to one of the most intriguing & thought-provoking saints of the Old Testament. Rahab, a former harlot from the Canaanite city of Jericho, ultimately is remembered for her courageous faith & for being listed in the genealogy of Jesus Christ. But a careful examination of this remarkable Gentile woman provides deeper insights into GOD’s grace & illustrates the marks of saving faith. I submit to you that if a condemned harlot of Canaan could become an honored saint of faith in Hebrews chapter 11, then surely no one is beyond the reach of GOD’s salvation. Rahab’s amazing story is preserved as a lesson for all of us.
